Submissions must include the paper title, each author's name and affiliation, and the Review topic(s), where the paper falls. In addition, each submission should include the name, full address, telephone/fax numbers, and e-mail address of the Point of Contact for the paper.
No more than four submissions total are allowed per contributor, as author or co-author. Please, note that the limitation applies to the combination of any type of submission (i.e., invited or regular). Any submission where at least one of the author appears on more than four submissions will be rejected without review.
All submissions must be received by May 1st.
Notifications of acceptance will be e-mailed by early July, and Advance Program made available on the conference website by early July.
Final papers will need to be uploaded on the submission website and paper copies of the final papers will NOT accepted at the registration desk. Authors need to turn the signed Copyright release form at the registration desk during the Conference.
Proceedings will be published in the following spring. Please note: Papers must be presented by one of the authors of the papers, and that author be registered at the Conference for the paper to be published. NO exceptions are made to this rule. Uploaded papers which are not presented as requested will be pulled from the publication stack.
All technical questions should be directed to the Technical Program Chair, Dr. Phil Scniter, The Ohio State University, schniter@ece.osu.edu, or the General Chair: Dr. Robert Heath, The University of Texas at Austin, rheath@ece.utexas.edu
Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
