Conference Hotel Registration
Hotel Registration Form: fill-in pdf format (pdf), write-in pdf format (pdf). Fill-in formats are preferred to avoid errors, please print CLEARLY if you use the write-in form version instead. Hotel rates shown on the hotel registration form are discounted rates available only to attendees registered at the 48th Asilomar Conference on Signals, Systems and Computers and valid for the three nights shown only.For 2014, the Asilomar Conference Grounds offers two lodging options to conference attendees (see hotel form for details):
Lodging Option A: should be selected when all individuals registering at the hotel are also registered participants of the Asilomar Conference on Signals, Systems and Computers. Technical registration status will be verified by the Technical Conference staff and hotel fees will be adjusted higher accordingly if records indicate that they are not registered at the Conference when hotel registration is received.
Lodging Option B: should be selected when the registered participant of the Conference shares lodging with a guest not registered at the Conference.
