All conference registrants receive a USB copy of
the proceedings.
- Conference Proceedings:
Proceedings are expected to be shipped in March 2015 by 1st class mail.
- Lost copies instructions:
If you don't receive your proceedings by April 30th for US
addresses we will send you a duplicate. For overseas shipments, please wait
until June 1st before contacting us.
To verify eligibility and get a duplicate copy, please email a copy of the
conference registration receipt to:

If you wish to post an electronic copy of your paper on the Web, please follow the following
instructions.
- Hotel matters:
Please contact the Conference hotel directly, as the Conf. Committee does
